ADRIAN BURKE (Equality 7-2521) is excited to be working on [ai]. Past credits include J Train at the Planet Connections Festival, All My Sons, A New Brain, and The Tempest (Boston University Stage Troupe). He would like to thank Ran, Mary, Ryan, and the rest of the cast and crew for a wonderful process! ALEXANDER TAYLOR (Ensemble) hails from Brisbane, Australia. Select credits: Playboy of the Western World (Villanova Players), The Bear, Talk to Me Like the Rain and Let Me Listen (New Farm Theatre). NY: Pest (Secret Theatre), Medea (Theatre 4 the People), Much Ado About Nothing (Underlings Productions), & Julius Caesar (Hudson Warehouse). Recently Alex was the creative producer of acclaimed one-woman show The Australia Cure (United Solo Festival). DANIELA RIVERA (Liberty 5-3000) is a recent graduate from the Experimental Theatre Wing at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts; she is grateful and excited to be a part of this residency at The Brick Theatre, and to be able to work with such talented and inspiring emerging artists. DOUG ROBINSON (Ensemble) is an actor/writer who graduated from LIU Post with his BFA in acting May 2015. He is excited to a part of [ai]! This is his 3rd collaboration with Ran Xia and is so grateful for the opportunity to further her vision. KAYLA WEINERMAN (Council / Ensemble) was last seen as Angelo in Comedy of Errors at Times Square Arts Center. She has been a puppeteer in children's musicals around NYC with Shadow Box Theatre. She graduated from Muhlenberg College with B.As in theatre & English. She looks forward to making her debut at the Brick with such an intelligent, truth-seeking cast and crew. Shout-outs to all of the magical people that support her!

MADELEINE EMERICK (Council / Ensemble) is a rising senior at Skidmore College, B.S. in Theatre. Select credits: Blood Wedding, Romeo and Juliet, & A Midsummer Nights Dream (Peter Quince). She also studied at the Gaiety School of Acting in Dublin, Ireland and at Shakespeare & Co. in Lenox, MA. She works as a classical singer and fight choreographer. Madeleine would like to thank the cast and crew for their hard work and her family and friends for their everlasting support. JAKOB CARTER (Union 5-3992) is a senior at Long Island University’ s acting program. Jakob is incredibly excited to be a part of this adaptation of Anthem. Recent credits include: Hell and Back (Rameirez), Into the Woods (Narrator/Mysterious Man), & Marat/Sade (Dupperet). He would like to thank his family and friend, and always, Brenna, for their love and support. He would also like to thank the cast and crew for the fun ride this show has been, & Ran for her wonderful words and adaptation of Ayn Rand’ s beautiful text. JORDAN ZAUHA (International 4-8818) is incredibly joyful to be part of the Great WE that is the ensemble of [ai]. Recent graduate of Nebraska Wesleyan University. WIL BETHMANN (Ensemble) is a recent graduate with a BFA from UNCSA. He last played Louis in Angels In America and Max in Bent in his fourth year of training. Wil is excited to be a part of bringing this new interpretation of Ayn Rand’ s story to life. RAN XIA (Script / Director) is an interdisciplinary artist, storyteller & willing captive in the realm of imagination. She is constantly drawn to the romantics of both art and science. Visual: SEE.ME: Stories of the Creative & Art Takes Times Square, Dacia Gallery, Spiegel Me (Fountains Foundation, Chicago). Playwright/Director: North, They Lived in the Attic, [ai], Tabula Rasa (Blank Slate), Heavenly Bodies Move in Space (MITF Short Plays Lab, 1st Prize). Scenic Design: Animals Out of Papers, July House (Fringe 2015). MARY ST. ANGELO (Choreographer) is an actor and fight choreographer based in Brooklyn. She studied Theatre Performance at Hofstra University. Mary regularly works with NYU Gallatin as a workshop teacher and choreographer, including previous credits Life on the Moon and Hamlet. Thank you to the amazing cast for your amazing individual work and ensemble effort- it has made the rehearsal process an exciting journey. DONG LIU is a New York-based composer, arranger, and sound engineer, holding an MA in Scoring for Film and Multimedia from NYU and BA in Music Technology at Shanghai Normal University. RYAN TREVIRANUS (Production Stage Manager) is very excited to join this team of incredible artists! This is one of his first projects in NYC and you will also find him stage-managing for the NYC Fringe Festival. Ryan comes from Milwaukee, WI where he recently assistant stage managed at Skylight Music Theatre for Into the Woods, Wizard of Oz, Rossini’ s La Cenerentola, Hair, and In the Heights. Other credits include Luchadora! with First Stage Children's Theater and Milwaukee Ballet's The Nutcracker. BRENNA MCSHANE (Costume Designer) is a Bronx based designer from Dallas, TX, with a BFA in Production & Design from LIU Post. Recently she worked with Daniel Fish as well as in productions including A Little Night Music and Re-Membering Antigone. Previous credits include: Le Noze Di Figaro (New York Lyric Opera), Conditions of Love (Edinburgh Fringe Festival). She would like to thank her parents, Karen and Anthony, Jakob, and most importantly Lexi. DEVORAH KENGMANA is a New York based lighting and projections designer. She received her M.F.A. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City & her S.B. from MIT. She has worked with many theaters around the country including the Kansas City Repertory Theatre, Florida Studio Theatre, CenterStage, The Mahaiwe, the Unicorn Theatre, and the Kansas City Actors Theatre. She has also worked with a number of dance companies including Donna Miceli Dance Center, Wylliams Henry Dance Company, & Tom Gold Dance.
