Perhaps not so easily understood, but here’s what we mean.
As a new company, we must all recognise the opportunities staring us in the face. And we’ve got to change to realize these opportunities. So as agents of change, learn from the past, live in the present and create a successful
future. We must constantly be looking for what could be, and push ourselves to live in this
mindset. Always challenge the status quo, ask the hardest (and indeed the simplest)
questions. You’ll be amazed at the outcome. You’ll find improvements only if you’re looking for them, so above all communicate, speak out and share your opinions. Support each other
with praise for great effort and offer advice and constructive criticism when necessary
