Spouse/Significant Other:

If Cadet’s spouse/significant other role is only for “support”, spouse/significant’s activities such as

sales/recruits will be counted toward the competing partner. However, both must register and pay

separate fees on the same registration form.

If Cadet’s spouse/significant would like to compete separately, each must qualify with the guidelines

(5 Points) individually, both must submit separate registration form along with their separate

registration fee.

• Elite Circle Name Badge must be worn at all classes

• Dress Sharp! – No Wrinkles or Un-tucked Shirts (MEN)

NO FOOD OR DRINKS ALLOWED

• Bottled Water is Permissible

NO IN AND OUT EXCEPT FOR MEDICAL CONDITIONS

• Bathroom Break is given for every 2-3 hours

• Medical Condition CADETS must sit in the last row to avoid

meeting interruption.

SEATS ARE ASSIGNED ACCORDING TO YOUR CLASS RANK

AT EACH SESSION: Highest ranking sit in front row, lowest rank sits

at the back of the class.

Protocols of ELITE CIRCLE

1. Less than 15 minutes late (Applicable to all cadets) = (-½) PT Fine

2. More than 15 minutes late (Applicable to all cadets) = (-1) PT Fine

3. Leave during training without legitimate reason = (-1) PT Fine

4. Lost or forgotten badge = (-½) PT Fine

5. No team shirt = (-1) PT Fine

6. Missing materials = (-½) PT Fine

7. Harassing advisors and team members in any way = (-1) PT

8. Fail to report your number weekly = -.5pt

•Cell phone ring = (-1) POINT fine to owner

Your phone will be confiscated and won’t be returned to you until the end of class.

• Text messaging during a session = (-½) PT fine to owner • Picture taking/Videotaping = (-1) PT Fine to Owner and pictures will be deleted. Your phone/Ipad/camera/recorder, etc. will be confiscated and won’t be returned to you until the end of class. All presentations are intellectual materials owned by each trainer and are used for internal training purposes only and maybe subject to copyright. • Attending BIG Events are Mandatory (-2) PTS fine for missing Super Sat, New Year Kickoff, WFG Annual Convention, and Fast Start Schools etc. = must submit proof of registration/attendance

• Absent 1 session = (-2) PTS fine (whether you are in or out of state) No penalty for medical emergency or death occurred in the immediate family that has been verified by the CEOMD.

**All missed home work must be submitted on the next session to complete Elite Circle.

**You must submit homework via email even if you are absent in class! Please cc. your MD/SMD

• Incomplete Homework = Points deducted accordingly for each item. • Weekly report is required!

REMINDER: Penalties will be applied at the beginning of each session to the Accountability Team. (You know which homework you didn’t do!)

Expectations of ELITE CIRCLE

The class is comprised of 6 sessions approximately once every three weeks mostly on

Saturdays from 2:00pm – 10:00pm or until the job gets done (min. 6 – 8 hrs). At least

2 sessions will be out of town and possibly may require an overnight stay.

A. There will be homework assigned after each class.

B. All Homework (from previous session) must be completed and pre-checked by your

MD/SMD and then must be submitted to your Local HW Advisor in person from 7:00-

09:00pm Thursday before the beginning of the next session.

C. If HW is submitted after 9pm Thursday -1pt

D. HW Submission thru email to local Advisor must be done BEFORE 8PM. After 8PM -1 pt

E. No FAXES accepted by HW Advisor!!

F. After checking, recording and calculating the points, local HW Advisor will then report to Overall

HW Advisor Team Captain Jennifer Hsu by Thursday midnight.

G. On-site HW Verification randomly starts @1pm especially for Top 25 cadets.

* Cadets must keep all homework & bonuses in a formatted binder.*

C) Bonuses: Bonuses are given to Elite Cadet who achieves his/her next level of promotion:

Associate(+5pts), SA(+10pts), MD (+15pts), SMD (+20pts), EMD (+25pts), CEOMD (+30pts).

Only 50% is counted for up-line who is also in the same Elite Circle class.

Must provide Change of Contract Form for verification.

Promote a teammate in your base shop who enroll in EC: Associate (+2.5 pts), SA (+5 pts), MD (+7.5 pts), SMD (+10 pts), EMD (+12.5pts), CEOMD (+15pts)

Promote a teammate in your base shop who doesn’t enroll in EC: Associate (+1 pts), SA (+3 pts), MD (+5 pts), SMD (+7pts), EMD (+9pts), CEOMD (+11pts)

Elite Cadet has a brand new qualified Replacement (who never attends EC before) by Session

3 (+5 pts), Session 4 (+3 pt), Session 5 (1), Session 6 (0). Bonus is multiplying by the

number of replacements he/she has from session 3, 4, 5. QUALIFY REPLACEMENT MUST

SUBMIT PROOF AND $150 FEE. $150 FEE IS NOT REFUNDABLE AND NOT

TRANSFERRABLE.

NOTE: In order to earn the bonuses, Elite Circle Replacement is required to attend one Session of either

4, 5 or 6; otherwise, any points credited for replacement will be deducted. Replacement can’t attend

more than 1 session.

C) Bonuses continued:

* Recruiting Bonus (1 time qualification per category ONLY):

* 50% Rule – Maximum one-half (1/2) of the recruiting requirements can come from one leg.

* 3 Personal Recruits in 30 calendar Days = 2 Bonus Points (For all levels)

* 10 Base Shop Recruits in 30 calendar Days = 4 Bonus Points (For TA/A/SA/MD only! NOT for SMD)

* 15 Base Shop Recruits in 30 calendar Days = 6 Bonus Points (For all Levels)




*** TRANSFERRED ASSOCIATE IS NOT COUNTED AS A NEW RECRUIT UNLESS IT IS A REINSTATEMENT

AND HE/SHE PAYS $100 FOR AMA FEE!

Passing Securities Test:

Series 6: 3pts; Series 63: 3 pts; series 65: 5 pts; Series: 26: 5 pts

* BPM Attendance: Must attend BPM at least once a week: NO PENALTY

Do not attend BPM at least once a week: -.5 /WK.

Rooster will must be monitored by designated person from each location and must be submitted to HW Advisor

D) Must have 1 new ELITE Qualifier in order to graduate with Diploma.

*Elite replacements must be active in the Business!

E) You Must be Life Licensed by session #4.

If you do not take the Life exam by session #4, -1 pts. If you fail, –0 pt.

If you do not take the Life exam by session #5, -2 pts. If you fail, -1 pt.

If you do not take the Life exam by session #6, -3 pts. If you fail, –2 pts.

If you don’t pass Life exam by session #6, you can’t graduate!

If you have attempted to take the exam, whether passed or failed, you have to

submit proof.

1) You start ELITE w/ 6 Points. You get positive or negative points along the way and get ranked.

2) Elite Cadets with minimum 5 points, 10 BASESHOP RECRUITS in any 30 rolling days, with at least

an Elite Replacement will graduate with Diploma of Honor, and an Elite Circle Graduate Shirt.

3) The #1 cadet who must meet the above criteria and also earns the highest points will graduate as local

MVP w/ the Valedictorian award, Elite Circle Graduate Shirt and an MVP Diploma.

4) If Elite Cadet who has minimum of 5 pts; but he/she either has no Elite Replacement nor 10 recruits

in the base shop, will only be graduate with a Diploma.

5) Elite Cadet who has < 5 pts regardless he/she has Elite Replacement and 10 Recruits in any 30 rolling

days, he/she will not able to graduate with Diploma but will receive a Certificate of Completion.

6) There will be a quiz at the beginning of every session and a Final Exam on session #6. Note: You

must Pass the Final Exam, obtain a Life License before session #6 and register Las Vegas

Convention of Champions in order to graduate!

7) Rules, Guidelines, & Requirements may change at any time during the course.

GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS

1. All Elite Cadet will be assigned a competitor for callout.

2 Elite Cadets may compete in group or individually. Winner for callout is the cadet or group with

the most points at the end of the competition.

3 Winner of the Callout takes corresponding points from opponent’s total current standing

points.

3. If both competing cadets are 0 points during the Call Out computation, -1 points will be

applied to both Cadet.

4. All cadets must compete at 3th, 4th, and 5th session, cannot opt out.

** All callout rules are subject to change at CEOs’ discretion. .

Rules of Engagement for Callouts

1) Non-Licensed Cadet (Trainee) opens his/her personal account, credit will be applied for both Trainer

and Trainee.

2) Paper AMA will be only accepted if there is a background problem. You will receive credit once the

person has a received a code number and you show proof of code number.

3) Non-Licensed Cadet (Trainee) goes out to field training with EC Trainer and it’s a successful sale,

both Trainer and Trainee each will earn one point for each account. If EC Trainer has to split the

account with another Licensed Agent regardless in EC or not, EC Trainer will earn ½ pt and the non-

Licensed EC TRAINEE will earn 1 pt. For a successful match-up sale between two Licensed Agents,

Licensed EC Cadet will earn ½ pt for each account regardless it’s a split case with EC Licensed

Cadet or non-EC Licensed Agent.

4) Non-licensed Cadet (Trainee) must have their sale proof signed off by their MD/SMD.

5) Each Elite cadet is allowed to bring one prospective Elite replacement on the 3rd, 4th, 5th or 6th session.

Each prospective Elite replacement can only attend once.

6) “ROLL UP” Rule: If you have an Elite Circle Qualifier in any leg without a CURRENT Elite Circle

Cadet between you and the new qualifier, the new qualifier “ROLLS UP” to you as your Elite Circle

Replacement/Exchange leg.

7) No credit will be issued for incomplete homework binder.

-1 point penalty will be imposed for late submission after Thursday 9pm.

8) Homework Advisor at each site must keep all Cadets’ proofs from all classes until

the end of class #6 just in case we need to re-verify again for any reason.

9) MUST SHOW ALL PROOFS FOR ALL CLASSES HW.

On HW form, cadet writes the name, account type, points and application date.

– For electronic application, cadet must show electronic submission or confirmation

as proof.

– For paper application, cadet must show proof that application was received by

provider through print out of website showing the submitted application. The HW

advisor would then sign off the paper application once verified and credits/points

will be given. Points will be adjusted if there is any discrepancy.

– For recruiting, cadet must show new agent name, code number and date coded.

10) All proofs must be provided for Class #3, #4, #5, #6 HW checking!!!

The best proof is Product Provider’s pending contract summary showing

client name, agent name, application date and target premium points.

For paper application, must show:

1. Client information page,

2. Client’s signature page,

3. Proof of payment page,

4. Agent report page.

AUTOMATIC DISQUALIFICATION:

1) Absent on Graduation Day

2) Cheating on Homework, Quizzes, Final

3) Negativity/Complain (upline, downline, sideline, etc.)

4) Absent for 2 sessions

5) 0 Pts

6) Leakage of material or detail of Elite Circle, in any degree, to

any person outside Elite Circle Team.

7) Fail the Final Exam
