Phone contact where caller is seeking consultation exceeds 1,500- 2,000 calls annually. 30-40 field visits annually. Clientele groups include private industry, crop consultants, Extension agents, and growers. I annually receive 30-50 visits or phone calls related to household, garden or other general entomology problems encountered by local, non-agricultural homeowners and businesses.
