Observations & conclusionsObservations & conclusions
There are a wide diversity of programmes, both in and outside of universities
Little formal institutional support is evident and most programmes are relatively small
There is little formal evaluation of course impacts and outcomes
There is an active research programme, fostered by the Academic Entrepreneurship Society of South Africa (AcES) … who are in fact holding their annual meeting in Cape Town this week
