Welcome HomeStaff are ready to assist you in making your new home a positive environment that supports your academic pursuits. Resident Assistants, undergraduate interns and a professional Residential Life Coordinator are located in the residential area to help with concerns or issues that may arise.

AffordabilityOne price covers it all - air conditioning, high-speed Internet, cable television, local phone and amenities that meet the needs of contemporary college students.

Get InvolvedStudents who live in the residence hall have a greater opportunity to become involved and engaged with the university, the community, student organizations and to meet and interact with people from around the world.

Residential Campus LifeResident Assistants develop exciting programs and multiculturally themed events to enrich the lives of residents. If it’s happening on campus – live performances, movies, games/sports, and Harborside Activities Board events such as Homecoming and Spring Fling – you’re right in the middle of it all!

Safety and SecurityUniversity police are sworn State of Florida Law enforcement officers. They patrol campus 24/7 by foot and patrol car. The residence hall features exterior door cameras and is accessible only to resident students and their guests.

ParkingStudent vehicles are permitted on campus and must be registered upon arrival.
