Values association; if the guy values image then he will want to buy the TAG so he can be popular . 

The ad  attracts unpopular guys who want to be popular because the girls are jocks and the they become attracted to the unpopular guy. The guy is not a jock because of the close that he wears.

Power; Honda is showing that you can do almost anything with them with all of the different products that they make.

Values association; if the person who has the value of power and freedom then they would want to buy a Honda so that they can have power or be free. 

This ad attracts younger people who want to be free or older people who want to have power.

Power; you can be like if Michelle Yeoh you wear those shoes, so you have power(you are really athletic)

Branding; they are using a celebrity to advertise Puma.

This ad attracts people who know and like the athlete Michelle Yeoh.

Power; he has power over the music that he listens to.

Branding; they are using Chris Brown to advertise Verizon.

This attracts the listeners who listen to Chris Brown music, so if they see that he is using Verizon then they will want to go out and by Verizon.
