RighteousnessKuldeep Singh LM 1440, M. 9041350656

Wearing and carrying of Kirpan is a *Constitutional Right* given to the Sikhs and to none else. Was it given for demonstration or to set the system in order? Their integrity was honoured, their patriotism was established, their sacrifices were recognized. They were meant to run the country on righteousness. The tragedy is, power got in the hands of clever people who had no other business than to establish centuries old corrupt castist system and rule by hook or crook and also spread falsehood. Gurbani speaks of these very Arabs (uncountable) of falsehoods put in the minds of the masses. The common man's welfare became nobody's concern. Education was denied. The system was so set that it became unapproachable to the masses. This is purely a castist attitude. Health was denied the hospitals become unapproachable. The castist classes made the air polluted leading to ill health, treatment of which had already been denied. Water was polluted, leaving the industries to discharge pollutants to water bodies but greasing the palms of those who were to check the water pollution. Ground water was consumed by the wrong direction of agriculture universities, Earth soil has been pested and insected again of their misguidance. Who are these people controlling? Admittedly the paisewala and the powerwalas. Need of the time is that power should go to the common man and then defence, the security, the police should come out of them. They should all first go through the welfare schools where protection of right of all individuals are given prominence first. Psudo Nationalism and Psudo patriotism is of no help. These are the confusions one carries with.

• Braces or shoe inserts. Shoe inserts or other devices might help reduce pain when you stand or walk. These devices can support the joint to help take pressure off it.

• Assistive devices. Assistive devices can help relieve stress on the joints. A cane takes weight off the knee or hip as you walk. Hold the cane in the hand opposite the leg that hurts. Gripping and grabbing tools may make it easier to work in the kitchen if you have OA in the fingers.

• Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS). This uses a low-voltage electrical current to relieve pain. It provides short-term relief for some people with knee and hip OA.

REGULAR SLEEP SCHEDULER P SINGH VIG LM: 874 Mob: 9814720844

Maintaining a regular bedtime is a healthy habit. Not only does it improve sleep quality, it is just as important for heart and metabolic health of older people. Old adults with irregular sleep patterns, generally weigh more, have higher blood pressure, higher blood sugar & more prone to stress and depression. They even have a much higher risk of having a heart attack as compared to those who sleep and wake up at the same time every day. Irregular sleepers experience more sleepiness during the day and are less active. Being sleep deprived can lead to many other problems like drowsy driving can be dangerous for self and others on the road. So let us always try to have a regular bedtime to enjoy good health and avoid different problems.
