Introduction of LC Unity and AddiPreneur LC Unity is one of the Local committees in AIESEC in Ethiopia, Its City based LC in Addis Ababa. In the past 5 Years the LC have contained and reached over 5 Private Institutions and Universities in the capital city of Ethiopia. AddiPreneur is an annual local conference that was started during the 14/15 term, by having this Annual Conference, we believe in creating responsible and Entrepreneurial young leaders. The purpose of the conference is to bring together the leaders, members and students of Universities to train them on the various Business ideas focusing on Entrepreneurship ideas and also create a platform for networking between Private Universities in Addis Ababa. The Conference will contain workshops, Trainings, Competitions Showcases about entrepreneurship by companies, interns, guests and Successful entrepreneurs.

OCP [Organizing Committee President] A. Overall Responsibility

is responsible to Lead the OC team in organizing the conference, to make sure all OC doing their jobs and tasks, to keep motivating the team, to conduct and chairing the weekly meeting with the whole OC and supervisor, make sure the conference runs well, and responsible for evaluation and report.

B. JD Having weekly OC meeting with the OC and supervisor Doing daily tracking of all OC members Approve and recheck the overall budget and plan for the conference. Approve and analyze the work being done and make sure the general plan is being followed. Responsible to compile all data from each OC for the conference report and the conference

evaluation Be present in all external meetings including company and partner meetings

Maintain the clear information flow between internally and externally B. As programmer OC responsible to make the suitable run down and make sure all party that related with the conference. As logistic, responsible to review the logistic needed from all speakers or anything for the conference then find out the logistic, preparing everything. Make sure the venue and permission on the conference.

B. JD Have the conference run down (plan A, plan B, Plan C); Contact and make sure all conference attendees shall be attending; Make sure the PPTs align with topic of discussion for each session; Come up with the sessions to be discussed during the conference and also the responsible

people to do them; Responsible for the whole conference at the execution day; Responsible to conduct the meeting preparation on the eve of the conference; Responsible for an evaluation meeting right after conference; Responsible to make sure all logistic list is checked before and during the conference; Responsible for all document printing, copy, etc. Responsible for securing and preparing of venue for the conference;

Overall must make sure the conference gets the sponsor and support from all parties not only corporate but could be NGO, could be media, could be from university.
