Sigil magic is a very effective form of magic. Simple (or intricate) symbols can be used to achieve one'sgoal by utilizing nothing but the subconscious. This thread will detail a simple method of sigil activationthat I use when doing sigil magic or prior to modern evocations (which many know that I'm currentlytesting to see if it is a better method than Grimoire Tradition methods). The following working is createdwith the assumption that the sigil is already drawn and is ready to be used.

Activating The Sigil

Fix your eyes on an invisible point at the center of the sigil. Let your vision absorb the whole sigil atonce, the image burning itself into your retinas. Keep your eyes relaxed, as if you are waiting forsomething rather than forcing something to come. While your gaze becomes transfixed in the sigil,summon up in your mind the image of yourself surrounded by a deep, blue aura. Hold this image in yourmind as you look into the sigil. Lock the mental image in place, forcing all other thoughts out, graspingonly to this one. Throughout this all, remember to breathe, to remain relaxed although your chest willseem to spontaneously tighten and your breath will grow shallow of its own accord. Begin to visualizeyour goal. See you holding and kissing the one you wish to love/love you, see yourself with the newpromotion, in your new home, etc etc.

After only a few minutes of the simultaneous sigil gazing and visualization, an unseen link between thesigil and the image in your mind will begin to form. Often, this link will feel like a slight pull towards thesigil, or a deeper transfixion, or sometimes as a dramatic shift in the atmosphere altogether. It mightalso be more subtle, being felt as a simple attraction to the sigil or a greater ease in performing bothmental tasks at once. This link being established, however, is the first of a rapid succession ofsupernatural events, at which point it is imperative to complete the Operation to its end, lest the thegateway is left half-opened, and your wishes remain half-granted.

Continuing the bilateral focus on the sigil and the visualization, you will soon begin to notice dramatic

The goal here is to try not to think about the end result. Let your subconscious do the work and makethe universe bend to your will. I have another thread on the use of sigils, this one is to present yetanother method.

Huh. Good to know this method of firing off sigils. Much more dignified than the wanking method thrownaround by some chaotes, not to mention able to be done in a lot more places. Try casting a spell in thewaiting room for your job interview using the jerk method, tell me how it goes.

You misunderstand me. I said that everything happens for a reason. I never said that everything thathappens has a purpose.

Most adeptsdevelop there own seal as a map. One of the most famous would be that of Kelley and Dee.Rather than not concentrating one trains the mind to super concentrate.

Nice thread god_King, Iv looked about and found a few sigils here and there but what in your ownopinion site, pdf or book would provide the best sigil lists.

Hahahaha! Well I have used the "masturbation method" with some success but I'm experimenting withseeing if I can activate a sigil with sex magic. We'll see how that goes!

Yes thank you. I actually have a thread on my lack of posting. With the job my parents force me to havewhile in school to "learn the value of a dollar" and full time school and my recent studies of modernevocation techniques, Sylvan Necromancy and my recent studies of ATRs (mainly Quimbanda) I haven'thad much time to post. My schedule has cleared up over the past week or so and should continue for afew more weeks. I have plans to post an entire thread detailing extensive modern evocation instructionsso one will no longer need to follow the intricate and expensive methods of Solomon as well as a host ofother spells I've learned and practiced over the past few months.

From what I've heard, that'd work just about as well. Maybe better (if the other person is preforming theworking with you) or worse (if you get too caught up in trying to be sexy/romantic with the person).
