This letter is to confirm that the ArmorSkin™ vest carrier cover manufactured by Blauer Manufacturing Co. Inc. is approved for use with the Accushape™ Inc. NIJ Certified QCSquared 3-A Comfort Fit™ armor panels.

Accushape™ QCSquared 3-A warranty is eight (8) years as shown on the CPL.

Accushape™ Inc. will support the warranty of QCSquared 3-A ballistic panels when used with the Blauer ArmorSkin™ uniform shirt carriers under the following conditions:

• QCSquared 3-A is in its original carrier and placed in the ArmorSkin™ as per Blauer's instructions.

• QCSquared 3-A carrier hook and loop shoulder straps and side torso straps must be used and connected to maintain proper support and suspension of the ballistic panels.

• Strike Face label must be in proper orientation to the body.

• Accushape™ will not be responsible for sizing and labeling nor for any areas of the ArmorSkin™ where there is no ballistics coverage.
