Ordering Materials The Ordering window for ACCESS for ELLs 2.0® is October 5-30
Data Recognition Corporation(DRC) sent every DAC an e-mail on Oct. 5 with instructions for ordering their ACCESS materials and temporary password to log in to WIDA Assessment Management System (AMS)
District Assessment Coordinators (DACs) will need to log in with the temporary password within 10 days or it will expire. Contact DRC if your temporary password has expired
DACs have to go to the WIDA AMS site, www.wida-ams.us, to order ACCESS materials. If the DAC has setup the Building Assessment Coordinators (BACs) in the WIDA AMS system then the BACs can order for their school only

Ordering Materials
DACs will order the following:ACCESS for ELLs 2.0® Online - counts by grade level cluster (1, 2-3, 4-5, 6-8 and 9-12)
ACCESS for ELLs 2.0 ® Online, Paper/Pencil- Kindergarten, Alternate ACCESS and Large Print (tier levels A, B, and C)
ACCESS for ELLs 2.0 ® Writing Grades 1-5 will be paper-pencil only for this domain

DACs received this e-mail from Data Recognition Corporation as Testing Coordinator on Monday, Oct. 5 with the temporary username and password

Materials Ordering
After logging into WIDA AMS, locate and click on Materials Ordering on the left navigation menu
On the top of the Order Materials page to the right of your district name, choose the first school for which you want to place an order and click Show Materials
Select the most accurate testing mode for the school

Ordering Materials After selecting the testing mode, enter student counts at each grade
level as applicable. Enter counts only for the grades that have students testing
Enter a 0 or leave blank for the grade levels with students not enrolled

Ordering Window DACs can view the schools order for the entire district by
selecting all schools on the summary tab. BACs can only view their school
DACs can see what schools have not completed the orders on the status report tab by selecting all schools
Click on Save at the bottom of the screen in WIDA AMS to continue the ordering process

Ordering Window
Click on Complete at the bottom of the screen in WIDA AMS when all schools orders have been done. ACCESS orders will be read-only after the ordering window closes
Kentucky is shipping to the district and not to individual schools, so the shipping address will not be visible for BACs but will be for DACs in WIDA AMS
ACCESS ordering window closes at midnight on October 30
