There are two different types of training:

In each of our sessions, we discuss, in simple terms, the psychological roots of why we do what we do, how our behavior affects team dynamics and how to make corrections for peak team performance.

Event Programs: One, two or more days training programs which condense a lot of information into a limited time frame (the "firehose method").

Process Training: Spreads the information over a period of time for maximum retention and learning.

Foresight utilizes this Transformational Learning Process© as part of its

program methodology.
