About The 2014 Customer Service Conference & Exposition Applications are currently being processed for the next AGA/EEI exhibition that is scheduled to be held April 21-24, 2014 (Exhibit Dates: 4/22-23) in San Francisco, CA.

A space preference priority point system will be in effect for assigning exhibit space. The attached exhibit floor plan is subject to fire marshal approval.

The date an application is received will serve as a tie-breaker only when assigning exhibit space.

Focus On the Market/Themes The American Gas Association and Edison Electric Institute (AGA/EEI) Customer Service Conference & Exposition is the premiere utility industry customer service annual event. Utility professionals from all levels, vice president through analyst, involved in customer service activities, encompassing customer call centers, benchmarking, meter reading, remittance processing, telephone centers, credit/ collection, customer accounting, mail center operations, training, branch/business office operations, and related areas will attend.

Vendors will interact with 300+ key purchasing decision-makers/industry professionals representing

utilities dispersed throughout the United States and Canada. This event is designed for accessing a megamarket and for achieving sales with vice presidents plus directors and managers at investor-owned utilities!

Program Format The general sessions include broad ranging topics on improving customer service throughout a utility. Breakout sessions address Call Center, Billing and Payment Processing, Credit and Collections, Meter Reading/Field Service/Revenue Protection, and Commercial and Industrial Account Management with a focus on best practices.

Space AssignmentsSpace assignments will be made based upon prior levels of exhibit participation, AGA/EEI corporate membership, sponsorships and the date an application has been received by AGA/EEI Exhibit Management.

We will attempt to avoid assigning direct competitors to adjacent locations.

Booth assignments are subject to the approval of the exhibitor.

Guidelines for Promotional Activities

Code of Conduct: Exhibitor and sponsor social functions at the hotel and/or off-site outings conflicting with the timing of any official Workshop events listed in the conference program are strictly prohibited.

No signage or flyers are to be placed in any official Conference hotel.

Companies that do not comply with these restrictions will be requested to remove unauthorized signage or flyers and may not be allowed to participate at future Conferences.

No vendor personnel is permitted to register for the conference unless they have reserved a full exhibit space and/or sponsorship.
