Jef Menguin is a professional speaker, leadership consultant, educator, and

entrepreneur.

Jef Menguin has delivered inspirational speeches in Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore,

and Thailand. He can connect to small group of fifty and a bigger group of five

thousand.

As a corporate trainer, Jef Menguin designs leadership development programs that

meet the present and future business needs of organizations. He has designed more

than 100 courses in leadership, customer service, team building, strategic planning,

creativity and innovation, productivity, presentation skills, salesmanship, marketing, and

entrepreneurship.

Jef Menguin also runs team building facilitators bootcamps that help HR and training

managers facilitate result-oriented team building exercises.

Before he shifted to corporate training in 2004, Jef Menguin was a educator for nine

years. During those years, he learned to designed experiential leadership learning

experiences. His sessions are fun, interactive, engaging, inspiring, and result-oriented.

His most notable programs are Everyday Leadership, Winners@Work, and the

Remarkable! Workshops.

He owns the website Tsinelas Leadership for Everyday Leaders and publishes the

online newsletter Remarkable! He manages several online communities that cater to

speakers, trainers, teachers, and leaders.

Jef Menguin is a graduate of Political Science at the National College of Business of

Arts. He believes that we need to develop more tsinelas leaders in the government and

in private enterprises. He affirms the preservation of the best Filipino values like

malasakit, kusang-palo, bayanihan, and pakikipagkapwa. He also encourages everyday

leaders to challenge the status quo and stimulate progress.

He is the creator of The Speakers Circles, a program that trains aspiring professional

speakers. He is also a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM), a two-time club president, a

two-time area governor, and is an active member of TOPS Toastmasters club.

Jef Menguin is currently writing a book  – Tsinelas Leadership  – which will be published

in 2014. He was born in Camotes, Island Cebu. He resides in Antipolo City.
