Foreword from ISMAYA group
JAKARTA CULINARY FEASTIVAL was first held in 2009
as Jakarta Culinary Festival. Changing the name itself is a
move believed to serve as the new philosophy of the event,
celebrating not only the feast but also the festivity of it.
The event will be held for four days, with FOOD IS LIFE as the
main theme to celebrate how one of the best indulgences in
life is all about food. Big names in the industry from the
masterchefs, restaurateurs, mixologists, and many more
are going to present their best creations on intimate
stages such as Chef to Table and Workshops.
We would like to invite people to enjoy not only
the flavors, but also the vibrant energy from this
year’s Jakarta Culinary Feastival. As ISMAYA’s
passion in all things culinary continues to grow, so
does our commitment in advancing the food culture
in Indonesia and beyond. It is only with your support
that we can flourish and bring Jakarta and therefore
Indonesia, as Asia’s top culinary destination.
Last but not least, let’s eat to your heart’s content at Jakarta
Culinary Feastival!
