Organization Tata Steel Objective:

To create a proactive monitoring channel for all purchase orders, create interface with SAP to dump data according to prescribed formats, create a portal for outside vendors to view and act on purchase orders received.

Responsibilities:

Served as project coordinator regarding staffing requirements, deadlines, project status, project scope, content needs, and client requirements.

Used N-tier architecture for presentation layer, the Business and Data Access Layers and were coded using C#. Facilitated testing of the system.

Coordinated landing page optimization efforts to update the UI on 30+ landing pages in less than two months, experiencing conversion lifts between 15-30%.

Led a cross domain team of 15, to automate the cross-departmental functionality and expedite the credit utilization, having a direct bottom-line impact of Rs.30 Crore.

To create a central store of Account Plans, Customer Visit Reports (CVR), Technical Visit Reports and Customer Complaints and provide a simple mechanism for the Account Managers, Customer Services, Technical staff and Sales & Marketing team to create, review and forecast account plan.

Responsibilities:

Organize and prioritize projects, assign daily tasks and manage task workload for the working staff in order to complete projects within constraints and act as Client’s SPOC.

Used Layered Architecture with Presentation Layer, Business Layer and Data Layer and coded with ASP.Net and C#.

Enhanced user experience by performing A/B testing of the tool. Launched different versions of website to different clients and cleaned up the unwanted features from the tools based on their feedbacks for a better UI navigation and tool usability.

Coordinated with TCS for development of offline functionality for meetings and complaints functionality of the product.

Rolled-out product communication strategies such as Mailers, Posters & Seminars to ensure high brand recall and product engagement by end-users.

Track-1: Ability to define a project with tasks and timelines through MS-Project. Manage task updates, tracking and reporting for a project based on a conventional path, Building and using ‘surround’ solution to best utilize the Enterprise project management resources

Track-2: Portfolio Management which includes the Process for CEP (Capital Expenditure Plan) finalization, Process for Capex Scheme / Project Approval and Phase approvals for Projects in Execution.

Responsibilities:

Technical lead for MS Project Server rollout to over 100 users. Worked with Project Managers to ensure their project plans were successfully imported into the

Project server environment. Developed and managed workflows using C#, ADO.Net and SQL for service delivery. Worked on SSRS and delivered complex reports from different data sources such as SQL Database

and Cubes. Designed and implemented methodology for using MS Project server as a resource management

and availability forecasting tool. Authored technical / training documentation for Project Managers. Provided post implementation support for all users and Project Managers.
