How did you attract/address your

audience? 

I decided to make my target audience 18-25 year olds before I started to make the actual media product. I addressed them by making a questionnaire and giving it to 20 people within my target audience. I did this to get an understanding of their views and to know what they would like to see in a horror movie. The next few slides consist of some of the questions that were in my questionnaire with the results.

The people in my target audience prefer to watch very scary horror movies, so I tried to make my product as scary as I possibly could with the amount of time I had.

Serial killers/ murderers were shown to be the most frightening to people in my target audience so I used a serial killer in my film but with the twist of making the antagonist a female.

Graveyards were found to be the scariest location by my target audience so I made sure I included a scene in a graveyard in my scene

Football was the most activity most favored by my target audience so I made sure I included a football in my product to give the audience something that they can relate to and enjoy.
