• How is your consortia organized? • 1 CCCD (3 colleges) 4 Adult Schools 2 K-12 Districts

with no Adult Schools• Co-chairs – CCCD and K-12 District • Project Team – Co-chairs, project manager,

facilitator• Steering Committee – 14 members with alternates

6 are teachers• 4 Sub-regional Collaborative Action Teams (CATS)

• Serve as overall leaders and supporters of the planning initiative

• Support success of sub-regional CATS teams• Champion regional integration and
