วิธีการตั้งค่า Email ต่างๆ ลงใน Microsoft Outlook 2010
Up Mail
1. เข้าไปที่ Account Setting เลือก Account Setting
2. New -> Manually Configure Server Settings or additional Server types -> Next
3. เลือก Microsoft Exchanges or Compatible Services -> Next
4. ใส่ขอ้มูล
a. Server: mail.up.ac.th
b. User Name: XXXXXXXXX
คลิกที่ Check Name จากนั้นคลิกที่ Next -> Finish
Gmail
1. เข้าไป Login ที่ Mail Gmail ก่อน แล้วเข้าไปที่ การตัง้ค่า Mail
2. คลิกที่ การส่งต่อและ POP/IMAP -> เปิดใช้ POP ส าหรับจดหมายทั้งหมด -> บันทกึการ
เปลี่ยนแปลง
3. เข้าไปที่ Account Setting เลือก Account Setting
4. New -> E-mail Account -> Manually Configure Server Settings or additional Server types
-> Next
5. เลือก Internet E-mail -> Next แล้วการท าการกรอกข้อมูลต่างๆ
a. Your Name: XXXXXX
b. E-mail Address: [email protected]
c. Account Type: POP3
d. Incoming mail server: pop.gmail.com
e. Outgoing mail server(SMTP): smtp.gmail.com
f. Username: xxxxxxxx
g. Password: xxxxxxx
h. More Setting
i. ไปที่แทบ Outgoing Server ท าเครื่องหมายถูกที่ My outgoing server(SMTP)
j. ไปที่แทบ Advanced ก าหนดค่า
i. Incoming server(POP3): 995 ติก๊ถูกที่ This server requires………
ii. Outgoing server(SMTP): 465 เลือก Use the following…..เป็น SSL->OK
k. Next -> Close -> Finish
Hotmail
1. เข้าไปที่ Account Setting เลือก Account Setting
2. New -> E-mail Account -> E-mail Account ท าการกรอกข้อมูลต่างๆ
a. Your Name: xxxx
b. E-mail Address: [email protected]
c. Password: xxxxxxx
d. Retype Password: xxxxxx
กด Next จะมีหนา้ต่างขึน้มาให้ท าการ install Outlook Connector ให้เลือก Install Now เมื่อ
ท าการ Install เสร็จให้ท าการปิด Microsoft Outlook แล้วเปิดใหมอ่ีกที
3. เมื่อเปิดขึ้นมาให้ท าตามข้อ 1 – 2 อีกรอบ เสร็จแล้วกด finish
Yahoo
1. เข้าไปที่ Account Setting เลือก Account Setting
2. New -> E-mail Account -> Manually Configure Server Settings or additional Server types
-> Next
3. เลือก Internet E-mail -> Next แล้วการท าการกรอกข้อมูลต่างๆ
a. Your Name: XXXXXX
b. E-mail Address: [email protected]
c. Account Type: IMAP
d. Incoming mail server: imap.mail.yahoo.com
e. Outgoing mail server(SMTP): smtp.mail.yahoo.com
f. Username: xxxxxxxx
g. Password: xxxxxxx
h. More Setting
i. ไปที่แทบ Outgoing Server ท าเครื่องหมายถูกที่ My outgoing server(SMTP)
j. ไปที่แทบ Advanced ก าหนดค่า
i. Incoming server(IMAP): 993 ที่ Use the following….เป็น SSL
ii. Outgoing server(SMTP): 465 เลือก Use the following…..เป็น SSL->OK
k. Next -> Close -> Finish
