The teacher was suprised that the school kids were noticing and being af-fected by the amount of pol-lution and dirt in thier area and so they decided to act upon it and get the pupils involved as well. There wer upto ten students that volun-teered to help, Jess, Michael, Sham, Mehreen, Adam, Jack, charlie, Harry, Sukh-rai and George. They had all worked hard together to make the area much -
more cleaner. They started off by making events and going around collecting funds from local resi-dence, they then brought tools and got some help form teach-ers and locals, they cleaned the Chinbrook Yard by picking up mess, planting new trees, flow-ers and plants and making signs informing people “to please put rubbish in the bins”. Every one did their own little bit and it was accomplished which was worth to be recognised, so thank you to everyone who had helped.

Recently around Yardley Wood, there has been alot of trouble. Residence have been complaining over the amount of anti-social behaviour caused by youths. As to resolve this the local police and people who rep-resent the Yardley Wood community have come up with a idea to keep them occupied, in the heart of the area there is a bungalow that is currently unoccupied. The idea is to turn that bungalow into a youth center which will be all done by the local council and it ‘s plan is to keep the youths more occupied.
Bad times.Beware car owners, new scams are on thier way! Reports of cars being sold around the Yardley Wood area are not legit, four suspect-ed males, who are undentified at the moment have been goin around selling stolen cars from other areas and from other cities with replaced number plates. The police are trying to work hard on who the four males could be but ad-vise car owners to ask for every detail if buy-ing a car or try to get thier car deals at garages.
