Dual Credit Classes Offered at MSHS with Appropriate GPA
A. sign-in to your Skyward account and select Schedule
B. select Request Courses for 2017-2018 in Maize South High School in the top right of the screen
C. select Course Requests: enter a total of 8 credits from your IPS
D. there is no need to select alternate classes; alternate classes will come from your IPS and the information below the “Grade 12” class selection box in your IPS
E. once classes have been selected, you may close the requests window-- selections are automatically saved
A. go to the MSHS Counselor’s Corner website
B. select the Enrollment, Dual Credit & Course Information tab
C. use the Current Enrollment Information section, making sure to open the 2017-18 MSHS Enrollment Guide
A. using your school assigned Google Drive, open up your Individual Plan of Study (IPS) ex: [email protected]
B. update the document as needed through DocHub (a Google Drive extension program), then save it to your Google Drive
a. We have a Sample IPS with Graduation Requirements built-in on our website under Current Enrollment Information. This is an excellent starting point for all freshmen students.
b. We rework our master schedule to provide the maximal opportunity to the maximal number of students, yearly. We would like for you to pre-work your schedule based on the Draft Master Schedule and provide us feedback, should you see class conflicts. There is no guarantee class conflicts can be resolved.
c. Make sure to check the Graduation Requirements document on our website under Current Enrollment Information, which contains Maize USD 266 graduation requirements, Kansas Regents Qualified Admissions requirements and Kansas Regents State Scholars Curriculum requirements.
