A STEWARDSHIP MOMENT
In today’s Gospel Jesus teaches us about the sacredness of
marriage; a covenant that is a gift from God. Our relationships with
our spouses, family, friends, coworkers, and those in our community
of faith are all gifts from God. Jesus reminds us today that it is the
hardened heart that damages or breaks up relationships. Good
stewards understand the holiness of relationships and pray for the
love, patience, understanding and kindness
necessary to sustain those relationships. Take
time out to prayerfully reflect on your
relationships this week. Is your stewardship of
these relationships as God intended? What
relationships need to be healed and reconciled?

O glorious Saint Paul of the Cross, who, by meditating on the Passion of Jesus Christ,
didst attain to so high a degree of holiness on earth and of
happiness in Heaven, and, by preaching the same Passion, didst offer anew to the world
the most certain cure for all its ills, obtain for us the grace to keep it ever
deeply engraved in our hearts,
that so we may be able to reap the same fruits both in time and
in eternity. Amen.

sacerdotes. Sus prédicas y retiros ga-
naron la atención de otros y gradual-
mente la comunidad “Pasionista”
comenzó a crecer.
espiritual. Él murió en Roma el año
de 1775, a la edad de 81 años. Fue
canonizado por el Papa Pío IX en
1867. Su fiesta se celebra el 20 de
octubre.
A la edad de 19 años, después
de vivir una infancia normal,
experimentó una
Que San Pablo de la

frecuencia en la Pasión

2015 PUBLIC SQUARE ROSARY CRUSADE
What: Praying the Holy Rosary and Other prayers
Where: St. Anthony of Padua Church
When: Saturday, October 10, 2015 at 12 Noon
America is at a historic crossroad. Secularists are trying to push God from the public square and
reject His beneficial action upon society. But without God, where will our leaders get the wisdom to solve the great
problems we face? We must pray to God for help. This is why we are launching the 2015 Public Square Rosary Crusade.
St. Louis de Monfort said: “Public prayer is far more powerful than private prayer to
appease the anger of God and call down His mercy, and Holy Mother Church, guided by the Holy Ghost, has always advo-cated public prayer in times of public tragedy and suffering.”

“Of all devotions, that of adoring Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament is the

helpful to us”. The Eucharist is a priceless treasure: By not only
celebrating the Eucharist, but also by praying before It outside of Mass,
we are enabled to make contact with the very wellsprings of Grace ..."
