Party nightsIf you are attending one of our party nights during the festive season we are offering great rates. Rooms are available from £75.00 per night on ursday & Sunday, and £85.00 on Friday & Saturday. Prices include breakfast and are based on two adults sharing a standard twin or queen room.

Terms & Conditions Provisional bookings must be confirmed within 14 days or they

will be automatically released

e size of the tables will vary according to the configuration of all groups attending and at all times the hotel will decide on the most suitable layout for the event

Groups of fewer than 10 guests may be asked to share a table with other parties

Groups of 12 guests or more will be catered for on more than 1 table

Children under 18 years old are not admitted to evening events (excluding Family New Year's Eve)

All prices shown are inclusive of VAT however may be subject to changes of rate and any other relevant taxes or levies at the current prevailing rate in force on the date of our event

In the unlikely event that the hotel is obliged to cancel the function for any reason, all monies will be refunded or an alternative date offered, without liability to the hotel

Any special request with regard to the seating arrangements of your party, must be discussed with the Christmas Coordinator prior to the event

Dress code for Christmas events is smart casual- no trainers

e customer shall be responsible for any damage caused to rooms, furnishings and equipment therein by any act, default or neglect of the customer or guests of the customer and will be required to reimburse the full amount to make good or remedy any such damage

Some of our menu items may contain nuts however all dietary requirements can be catered for, please discuss this with your Christmas Coordinator

To the best of our knowledge, none of our food contains ingredients produced from genetically modified soya/maize

If a pre-order is required for your event, this needs to reach the hotel no later than 4 weeks prior to your event

Deposit Terms

A deposit of £10.00 per adult and £5.00 per children is required to confirm your booking, this deposit is non-transferable and non-refundable

No additional food or beverage of any kind is permitted into the hotel by any guests

We reserve the right to vary, amend or cancel any of the arrangements or the facilities featured in this brochure should we find an alteration necessary

For 10 bedrooms or more you will be required to sign a group booking contract and full terms and conditions will apply

Once full payment is made in the event that you need to cancel your booking, no refund will be given

Deposits can be paid in cash or by debit or credit card

Party Night, Christmas Break and New Year's Eve accommodation rates are subject to availability and require full pre-payment at the time of booking

For Christmas day and New Year's Eve events the balance of the event cost is payable no later than 6 weeks prior to the event

For exclusive events (when the facilities are let solely to your party/organisation) you will be required to sign a contract and full terms and conditions will apply (these will be supplied with the contract)

Only when the hotel has received a deposit of £10.00 per person, signed contract and signed terms and conditions, will your exclusive event booking be considered as confirmed

If you need to cancel your booking you must inform the hotel in writing. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable

For Christmas party bookings, the final balance of the event must be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to the event

We regret that should your party size decrease in numbers (including non-arrivals) payments (including deposits) cannot be offset against any aspect of the event – such as food, beverage or accommodation

If your booking is not confirmed with full payment, 6 weeks prior to the event, the hotel reserves the right to release your booking and the hotel will be entitled to retain your deposit in full

Once full payment has been taken the booking is non-amendable and non-refundable
