LOT WID'l'HB:
The Jot. widt.hs indicated are intended as a guide mdy and local By-laws will determine the house setback and side yard requirelnents. It should he noted that many of the detached designs illustrated can be modified to suit zero side yard conditions where these are permitted.
On narrow frontage lots particular attention should be given to setting the house at the correct l(wel, hecause of the reduced distances.in which to achieve any required grade changes between lots. \\lith house forms, F, G, H, and K, care should be taken in forming the foundation walls on either side of t.he house because of the banks or retaining \valls which tUllY occur to the rear of driveways and between the h{Juses, Where the street its:~~lfis sloping it ,vHI generally be better tolm:ate the driveways on the higher shk of lots.

Four copies are provided and extra rnay be obtained for $4.00 {~ach, plus taxes. No refund or ex· dlanges can be madt~.
Purchasers should he aware that the working drawings are intended as overall guides only, and do notinc1ude bills of materials, nor do they ldentify for example, types of finishes, thicknt~sses of insulation, or system of heating.
