Design Team You meet in person with the Merle Inc. designer to establish plans for your home. Partnership with an Architect, Engineer or Designer You meet with a professional to turn your vision into plans. Partners in Building It’s time to begin a building relationship with the Merle Inc. team of experts! Planning Meetings We’ll meet with you in person to discuss your plans, priorities, budget and feasibility. Projected Spending Plan The Merle Inc. team utilizes the planning information to construct a detailed Projected Spending Plan. Plans All plans are sent to the appropriate entities to review. What is a Projected Spending Plan (PSP)? A PSP is a collection of cost estimates based on the specifications of each home. Each PSP includes a detailed breakdown of anticipated costs. The PSP is updated monthly throughout the process to reflect the actual costs. Homeowners are informed prior to any changes. Permits Merle Inc. will work with local jurisdictions to obtain the required permits to begin construction. READY FOR CONSTRUCTION! Step One: Core 4 The Merle Inc. team is hard at work beginning the building process at your site. This includes excavation, foundation, framing and more. Step Two: Infrastructure & Installation You’ll be racing to make decisions for the details of your home. Decisions made in a timely manner help keep your project running smoothly! Step Three: Finishes You’ll begin to see the flashy and fun items installed that help make your house feel like a home. This includes cabinets, bathroom finishes and more! Step Four: Final Touches The Merle Team is tidying things up, prepping for inspection and getting ready for you to move into your dream home.
