What is a Projected Spending Plan (PSP)?

A PSP is a collection of cost estimates based on the

specifications of each home. Each PSP includes a detailed

breakdown of anticipated costs.

The PSP is updated monthly throughout the process

to reflect the actual costs. Homeowners are informed

prior to any changes.

PermitsMerle Inc. will work with local

jurisdictions to obtain the required permits to begin

construction.

You’ll be racing to make decisions for the details of your home.

Step Four: Final TouchesThe Merle Team is tidying things up, prepping for inspection and
