TIME FOR T began carving their unique sound in the musical centrifuge that is Brighton, southern England in 2013. However, Brighton was just the meeting point for a band comprised of many different nationalities and musical influences. Portuguese, English, Spanish and Swiss natives all come together within this group, a defining factor of why their music travels through a cocktail of tropical, psychedelic, indie and rock coupled with lyrics that provide tangible stories, experiences, poignant thoughts and photographic vividness from frontman Tiago Saga.

The band are influenced by a wide range of genres from Britsh Folk to American Psychedelia and Brazilian Tropicalia and Samba to African Desert Blues. All this comes together to create their own brand of music that has taken the band all across Europe, as far east as Beirut and as far west as America and South America where lead singer Tiago Saga has played solo shows to captivated audiences.

PAST FESTIVALS

Having self produced their debut album at Spitfire Audio Studios throughout 2016, the band explored sounds and ideas throughout those London nights to the point where they would leave the studio in the early mornings completely disconnected from the everyday hustle and bustle of a capital city only to return to their creative bubble the next night to finalise or scrap an idea from the previous sleepless night. With the help and mastering of JJ Golden (Devendra Banhart, Rodrigo Amarante etc) on the other side of the Atlantic in Ventura, California,

the album came together to become a fluid piece of work that explores all genres but is united by the same soundscape.

Three singles from the album were released before the album with ‘Tom Tom’ being played on BBC Radio 1, ‘Rescue Plane’ reaching number 1 in the Spotify UK Viral Charts as well as getting airplay across Portugal, England, USA and Germany and ‘Wax’ aired on BBC 6 Music (UK) and Antena 3 (Portugal) creating great anticipation for the full release. To celebrate the debut release, the group toured extensively through

Europe to present, first hand, their first real body of work and capture audiences both familiar and new.

DISCOGRAPHYThe band have released 3 EPs and 1 LP to date - ‘Dream Bug’ (2012 Self Release), ‘Mongrel’ (2013 Self Release), ‘Self-Titled’ (2015 via NOS Discos in Portugal and BBE Records in the rest of the World. Their first full length album ‘Hoping Something Anything’ was released via Last Train Records in September 2017.
