State-of-the-art cargo terminalG1XL is the only cargo terminal equipped with 32 automatic pallet vehicles, which handle almost all aircraft pallet transport at the hub. In addition, all our rolling stock is equipped with onboard radio terminals for storage and pallet preparation operations.

Modern facilities geared to the needs of all customersFor the handling of pharma products, G1XL offers seven temperature-controlled facilities, managed by a dedicated team who ensure quality service and meet the requirements of the pharmaceutical logistics sector.

G1XL has a special facility, managed by WFS, for the transit and import of animals. Designed in accordance with European regulations, this facility has one main objective: animal welfare.

G1XL also has an advanced storage platform, closer to the aircraft, ensuring faster loading.

A key trucking hubEvery year, G1XL welcomes 43,000 trucks that fetch and bring airfreight. G1XL also offers the Fast Connect process, ensuring smooth handling of bulk cargo transported by trucks from stations across Europe for loading onto international flights.

CCC at the heart of traffic flowAt the heart of G1XL lies our Cargo Control Centre (CCC), a platform for planning, information exchange and operational decisions for the entire AF Cargo network. Open 24/7, the CCC guarantees service quality, resolves irregularities, optimizes load factor and handles general operational control of cargo flights.

New express handling station since April 2015In addition to G1XL, we have invested in a dedicated express and postal cargo terminal. Our HubExpress is located close to the passenger terminals and is operated by the Air France subsidiary SoDExI.

The Air France cargo hub G1XL lies at the heart of a 300-hectare area dedicated to cargo operations at Paris CDG, with warehouses offering direct ramp access.
