New Sand Mining Policy 2019 - Door Delivery of Sand
• Through the instructions issued to APMDC to act as the Agent to Government of Andhra Pradesh to operate
the sand reaches and dispose the sand to the end consumers and to take up "Door Delivery of Sand" initiative
to the consumer’s destination address.
• Accordingly, APMDC has developed the entire software application and has put in place a robust mechanism
for collection of transportation related payments, registration of transporters, allotment of vehicles,
scheduling, loading, dispatch and real-time monitoring of vehicles through GPS based Vehicle Tracking System.

number, Registered Address and finally confirming the details entered in an overview.

Private Bulk Consumer Login
• The user can login into the portal by simply selecting General/Bulk Consumer Login on the Portal
Home Page. After logging into the portal, user should verify his/her Aadhaar details to continue
using sand services.

• The bulk consumer creates new bulk order by selecting the New Order tab after logging into the
portal and fills out the form shown in the next slide.

• After the Bulk Order approval by JC, the bulk consumer can raise a new bulk schedule request with
schedule quantity and schedule date for the bulk order sand as mentioned in the next slide.

Private Bulk Schedule Approval at JC Login
• The order details which are being sent over to the JC Login for Bulk Schedule approval will be processed
by selecting the Approve/Reject button where the JC can reduce the schedule date, change the schedule
quantity and allot Stockyard/Depot as shown in the next slide.

Private Bulk Schedule Order Payment by Consumer
• Post the approval from JC, the contractor logs into the AP Sand portal to make payment for the approved
quantity for the schedule order.
• Upon successful payment, a receipt will be generated from which the contractor can dispatch the sand
from the stockyard/depot allotted by JC.
