Comfy Springs – warehouse and labour project

We receive regular 40ft container shipments from Turkey, each packed with 150 rolled mattress springs , each roll weighing 150 kilos.

Our warehouse team unload the loose rolls, then palletise, wrap and label in fours ready for overnight storage and onward distribution.

CASE STUDY

The weight and bulk of the items make this a challenging job, but the experience of the CRM team and the use of specialist equipment means that the container is unloaded in 2.5 hours.

The rolls are repacked and ready for forwarding by close of play and then stored overnight in our warehouse before being loaded onto an artic and an 8 tonne truck for onwards delivery to the customer.

The job went smoothly, and Royal Bank of Canada were happy in the knowledge that a seamless transition was taking place without any loss to business or service.

Tech and Telecom relocation for a major

global finance company

This was a specialist IT Logistics job and our 10 man team dismantled, packed and reassembled all the monitors, servers and electronic equipment without any disruption to the banks business.

CASE STUDY

We worked through the night for 2 consecutive nights moving the equipment from the individual desks down the stairs, into the trucks and across the street, up the stairs and into the new offices, to then unpack and reassemble all the monitors at the new desks ready for staff on their return to the office.

The job went smoothly, and the client was happy in the knowledge that a seamless transition was taking place without any loss to business or service.
