to help you succeed in whatever it is that you want to do, if only you reach out to it. If you believe you can do something, pursue it without distraction. You are the master of your destiny, and no one else.
Our Standard X students are currently appearing for their CBSE Board Examinations. Our special prayers and blessings are with them.
I wish you all the best for the adventures that await you in the months and years to come.

A Message from the ChairmanTime has flown by so rapidly! We have come to the end of a milestone year at The Asian School. I do not intend to repeat the details of the many facets of life in our ASB family. Suffice to say that it is always busy, and our children are always inspiring. It has been a stellar year, both academically and otherwise. The end of the school year is a wonderful time to celebrate the learning progress of our students and to acknowledge their significant academic and social development across the last twelve months. Appreciation must be expressed to those who have helped make it happen. As the year draws to a close I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere commendation to our parents, staff and students. You have all worked together in splendid cohesion to build a pride in our school and its accomplishments. Special thanks to all of you who have contributed in ways small, large and unimaginable!
There are times that things haven’t turned out the way we planned despite our best efforts. We have all certainly had our share of disappointments. While it can be a blow, the experience should strengthen our resolve to persist in our journey. If things don’t feel as if they are going as planned right now, I urge you to keep going. Push forward and learn everything you can along the way. To quote the English novelist Neil Gaiman, “You will learn more from a glorious failure than you ever will from something you never finished.”
We are at the threshold of a new academic year. The end of the year should be a time for contemplation. I implore that we seek out the shortcomings and challenges faced by us during the last year and chalk out a plan for bettering ourselves. Even to those who have fared well, I cannot stress enough that there is always room for improvement. The only constraints to growth are the ones in the mind. In reality, the world outside is waiting

A LONG CHERISHED DREAM COMES TRUE
From the Principal’s Desk propelled students to a higher level of learners. The ambience certainly is motivating. A rain drop on an oyster turns to pearl but the drop that falls on barren land is of no consequence!
The CCE (Continuous Comprehensive Evaluation) is a quantum leap from the conventional chalk and talk teaching method. Scholastic and co-scholastic areas are duly assessed. Holistic assessment of attitudinal and behavioral characteristics such as dexterity, innovation, steadiness, teamwork, public speaking and other attributes are given prime importance. Participation in the Arts and Sports is encouraged to inspire individualism.
The 20th batch of standard X students, was guided, assessed on innumerable occasions and deemed fit to appear for the first Public Examination for their career. A counselling session initiated by Mrs.Mini Roy on Examination Tips was arranged to enhance their confidence level Indeed, no stone has been left unturned to see our students through !
Workshops in and outside the campus fine-tune and keep abreast our staff of information to surge forward on this noble mission. Come, join us in wishing one and all a successful academic year 2016-17. Stand by us as we tread the sands of time into the future.

A sense of satisfaction fills me as the academic year 2015-16 readies itself for the last lap. Examinations, results, workshops and teacher selection for the new academic year are in the pipeline. It is essential to look back and introspect if one aims at success in the future. Education at the spacious Tubli campus completes a year, this March. Transition and transformation!
