Finally I got Promoted!

12 years of Hard Work

I am the senior of all, but got delayed by a year!

It’s reward for managing the team for last 3 years

I have to tell my family that I finally got what I

deserved

But there is one question in my mind, why did my boss told me “ I want to see you more as a

Leader than a Manager”?
