A Guide to Ordering Business Cards From The New Sunovion Portal

Getting Started For First-Time UsersTo access the the ordering site, go to https://sunovion.p3medialink.com and enter your username (your email @sunovion.com) and your temporary password 1234

Upon first login, you may be redirected to another page and prompted to reset your password.

Once you’ve submitted your new password, you will see the words “Your password has been reset” above a blue button that says “CONTINUE INTO SITE”.

Please click this button to get to the Home page.

This is what you will see after logging in.

Customizing Your Business Card

From the Home page, click on the menu tab labelled “Business Cards” along the left side of the page.

From here, you’ll be able to select the business card you wish to customize.

Click the “Customize” button for the appropriate business card.

After selecting your business card, you’ll end up on the customization page.

In the blue boxes on the right side of the page, enter the name, title, phone numbers and email address you would like to appear on the card. You also have the option to give this business card a custom name (top blue box) that will add a note to this item when ordered.

**Note** When entering your email address, keep in mind that “@sunovion.com” will automatically be added to the end of your email.

When you have finished entering your information, select the number of business cards you would like to order from the drop down , then click . A proof of your business card will be generated.

If you are satisifed with the proof of your business card and it is free of any typos/missing info, click .

Your Cart & Placing Your Order

Once you’ve approved your proof, you will be redirected to your cart where you can select your shipping preferences, review your order, and add any additional shipping instructions. For future ease of ordering, give your order a specific name in the 'order description' box - such as 'Smith Card'.

Once you’ve made your selections, the button will appear. Click this button to continue to the next page.

Here, you can double-check that everything with your order is correct; the business card you are order-ing, quantity, shipping details, payment information and total (if applicable). You also have the option to add in any additional notes.

When you’ve finished checking over your order and making any needed edits, you can click at the bottom of the page. You’ll be redirected to a copy of an invoice outlining your order. The invoice will also be sent to your email address.
