A diversified Canadian gold portfolio.
About Flow Metals
• Canadian company• Canadian projects• 100% interest in all projects• Founded in 2018• 2018 - Acquired New Brenda BC gold project• 2019 - Optioned Sixtymile Yukon gold project• 2020 - Optioned Ashuanipi Quebec gold project• Trading as FWM on the CSE since June 2020
New Brenda, British Columbia
• BC is Canada’s third top gold producer
• Within the prolific Quesnel Terrane
• 15 km and along strike from the high-grade Elk gold mine
Sixtymile, Yukon Territory
• Yukon rich gold history dating back to Klondike Gold Rush
• Over 20 Moz produced from placer
• New structural model indicates local source of placer gold
Ashuanipi, Quebec
• Quebec produces 1/3 of all gold in Canada
• Banded Iron Formation (BIF) targets• Result of 330,000 Km2 CARDS AI
survey targeting gold occurrences
Teck Highland Valley Mine (15 km)

FlowNew Brenda, British Columbia
• Large 100 km2 land package• Centered between 3 past
producers • Good road access with a network
of forestry roads• Trenching implies open
mineralization over 500m

Flow Metals (2019): 1m @ 15.4 g/t Au
Fairfield Minerals (1997): 1.5m @ 7.5 g/t Au 2 m @ 3.2 g/t Au
Fairfield Minerals (1994): 1m @ 8.8 g/t Au
500 m implied continuity
Elk Mine:
• Bi-Te-Au system• Mined intermittently from 1992 -
2014. • High-grade• Gold hosted in narrow quartz veins• Strike is East West
New Brenda Property:
• Bi-Te-Au system• Trenching uncovered EW trending
narrow quartz veins of up to 15.4 g/t Au• On trend with historical trenching • Historical rock samples grade up to 265
g/t Au • Limited exploration since the 90s • Flow Metals created land package for
systematic exploration • Remote sensing and magnetic data
available
Fairfield Minerals (1994): 0.5m @ 1.6 g/t Au Grab at 8.7 g/t Au
Mineralization on neighbouring properties is not indicative of mineralization on Flow Metals’ properties. For more information regarding the Elk deposit and its resources please refer to “Technical report on resources of the Elk Gold Project”, August 22nd 2016.

Structural geology
• Coarse grained gold on claim
• Local bonanza grades• Source of coarse gold
directly underneath placer• Comparable to Yukon gold
plays Lone Star and Coffee • Structures can be tested by
trenching placer pay channels to bedrock and drilling
• Structural model developed by Klondike Gold Corp. applies directly to Sixtymile
Simple exploration
• Heavy placer machinery on site
• Trenching perpendicular to pay channels
• Shallow scissor-hole drilling to identify dip and continuity
Faults
2020 drill targets test intersection of faults as source of coarse grain placer
Drilling up to 24m @ 1.6 g/t Au and trenching up to 26m @ 0.9 g/t Au
Ashuanipi, Quebec
• 57 km2 land package• Up to 17 g/t Au grab samples• Ashuanipi Complex is a
metomorphosed greenstone belt• Potential for large Moz deposits like
Homestake and Musslewhite • High-grade gold in banded iron• Claim blocks 15km from mining
roads
17.45 g/t Au, discovered in 2013
• Rail-to-port• Air access• Road network• Multiple projects

Artificial Intelligence
Successful AI projects:
• Collect high-quality geochemical, geophysical, and geological data
• Use collected data and derivatives to train AI
• Generate similarity map to show underlying data and known gold occurrences
• Datamine similarity maps for the best targets
• Focused and cost-effective exploration
Ashuanipi Data
• Challenge to identify targets through cover
• Our partner, Windfall Geotek is an industry leader with 15 years experience
• CARDS™ AI (Computer Aided Resources Detection System)
• Recent success with Canada Nickel and Quebec Precious Metals
• AI is used by Mineral Exploration Research Centre (MERC) in collaboration with Kirkland Lake, Barrick and Teck
Moving Forward 2020
Ashuanipi
• Permit in place for exploration
• Engage First Nations• Confirm showings
generated by Windfall Geotek
• Hand drill and chip test past confirmed targets and extensions
New Brenda
• Permit in place for mechanical trenching
• Extend targets from 2019• Test Beep-mat over
current targets and apply site wide
• Fill in magnetic survey • CARDS™ AI to generate
targets west of trenches
Sixtymile
• Permit in place for drilling
• Test dip hypothesis with RAB drilling
• Drill 1500m over 8 holes• Develop structural and
mineralization model to cover claim block
