The Eaton Hotel offers a superb venue for weddings. The modern function room and new garden provide the backdrop to a perfect day. Close to the city centre, The Eaton is easily accessible from all areas of the country.

Whether it be a small, intimate, low key affair, a fun filled party or an extravagant banquet, we work closely with you to tailor make your day and ensure that every detail is taken care of. We are committed to providing all our couples with a very personal service. You will be introduced to your wedding co-ordinator who will be on hand to guide you through all the preparations leading up to the big day and also be with you on the day itself.

CelebrateSmaller wedding parties of any size can enjoy their wedding breakfast in the Regency Restaurant or one of our private dining suites whilst larger numbers up to 150 guests can celebrate in the chic banqueting suite. A sophisticated and neutral contemporary feel that can be tailored to your requirements will provide the special atmosphere that you want. A large dance floor and excellent sound system will let guests party the night away to your choice of DJ or band. The restaurant or banqueting suite will be set up with your flowers, favours and decorations by our experienced team giving the look and atmosphere that you want to create.

An extensive selection of international wines and mouth-watering cuisine is available to choose from and menus can be created to make your wedding a memorable event for both you and your guests. We can also provide excellent accommodation. Our rooms are newly refurbished and fitted to the highest specifications.

We work closely with you to meet all your catering requirements, from drinks receptions and canapés, through to our extensive selection of wedding breakfast menus and various evening reception options. Our catering team will certainly make an impression on your guest!

Civic CeremoniesWe hold a licence as an approved venue for civil ceremonies. Two suites are licensed for ceremonies with a maximum total capacity of 150. Each suite can be arranged to suit guest numbers and decorated with your flowers for a truly special occasion.

Booking ArrangementsWe would be delighted to show you around our wedding facilities, please contact our Events team to set a time so we can ensure our utmost attention to the organisation of your special day.

When you have decided upon the date of your wedding please contact the Wedding Co-ordinator to check availability.

If you wish to make a provisional booking, a date can be held for 7 days.

To confirm the booking we will require a £500 deposit and a signed copy of our booking Terms & Conditions, all bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of The Eaton Hotel.
