A Day of Celebrations- The Annual Prize Distribution

The annual prize distribution ceremony for the students of classes

10 and 12 was held on 10th July at PSBB NGM. The event was graced

by the Dean and Director Dr(Mrs) YGP, the Academic Coordinator

Mrs. K S Vijayalakshmi, the Principal Mrs. Vasanthi and the Vice

Principal Mrs. Vijayalakshmi Raman.

The chief guest for this occasion was Dr. V Ramasubramanian, an

alumnus of the school and an infectious disease specialist at Apollo.

He spoke about the importance of visualizing one’s dreams in order

to achieve them. A dream is not what you see while sleeping, it is

the thing which doesn’t let you sleep. He also spoke about the major

role played by attitude and gratitude in realizing one’s dreams.

A video highlighting the various achievements of the students and teachers was played which was followed by the prize

distribution. More than a hundred prizes were given away. The event concluded with a prayer and the national anthem.
