The Annual Speech Day & Prize Distribution of the Junior Section was held on Tuesday 16th July 2013 at the school’s B W Roberts Building new hall. Mrs. Valerie Fernandez graced the occasion as Chief Guest. The Principal, Mr. Frank Freese invoked God’s blessing with an opening prayer, followed by the school song. Mr. Freese then presented the annual report for the academic year 2012-2013 which com-prised of the achievement and activities of the stu-dents and the school. The Principal also acknowl-edged the achievements of the outstanding achiev-ers. Students from Lower KG to class 5 were awarded prizes and certificates for their academic excellence as well as their achievements in English & Hindi Elocution, Sports, Dramatics, Spelling Bee and Quiz. Boarders with 75% and above were felicitated for their hard work. The Principal, Headmistress and staff of the Junior Section also felicitated Mrs Cecilia Singh for her many years of dedicated service to the School. The programme ended with a vote of Thanks by the Head Girl after the inspiring speech of the Chief Guest. This was followed by the rendition of the National Anthem.
