Nomadic and mobility (60 km/h) and also regional roamingwith Wimax 802.16e (SOFDMA modulation).
TDD enables adjustment of the downlink / uplink ratioto efficiently support asymmetric downlink / uplink traffic.
Two 15 MHz TDD bands on both sides of the 3.5GHz
With the Wimax technology, we assign to our network the bigger capacity and we share all the resources for everybody.
Choice of technology

Network architecture synthesisWireless Access
Wimax Network architecture
- 4 antennas by station- 4 frequencies by station- high capacity : 10x4 actives users- Voice, Video conference, websurfing possible
- Trisector Base Station- Important size cell- Low interference - High C/I (up to 7 dBm)- Best quality

Conclusion and Upgrades
Fully operationnal Mobile Wimax solution from 2007
Full coverage and enough capacity for Lyon
Profitability reached after four years (2010)
Big profits to improve the network even more after 2010
Optimisation of the load of the network
Different frequency band for specific areas
Improved Mobility (speed,handover)
