DESCRIPTION

We all know that understanding what our users need is only one third of the way to creating a delightful user experience. We need to not just design something that meets their needs, but also communicate that effectively. Story mapping is a technique which combines the power of personas, the explicitness of use cases, and the visibility of billboards to communicate a product’s design. In this workshop you will learn how to: * build a story map * walk people through a story map and get super cheap feedback * iterate upon your design

Holistic Use Cases

• The work path is left to right (Unless you’re working in a country that reads right to left)

• Ought to reflect more than just the happy path

• Extend beyond the software!

• Focus on a single persona type. Paths through app changes based upon user
