generous and caring our community is for those in need, but
how passionate it is for United Way! The best part was
getting out to all the workplaces and meeting all those
Campaign Champions and donors who make the campaign a
success year in and year out.
“We're pretty competitive people, so it’s great to set goals
and then work hard to achieve them. But in addition to that,
by surpassing our lofty goal, it's allowed us to give even more
support to the community. When you hear that one in three
people benefit from United Way in Logan County, it’s hard not
to believe in the importance of supporting United Way.”

An overflow of donations to our Stuff the Bus school supply drive
resulted in two box trucks full of deliveries to local schools in
advance of the 2017-18 school year.
With an emphasis on local drug epidemic, we awarded CORE the
largest one-time grant in United Way of Logan County history with
$26,150 in 2017. CORE is now a Funded Agency.
