It is very heartening to know that the works against stage 1.7 of contract P/735634212338, for decision on the establishment of initial assigned life of 300 Hrs to AL-551 Engine, have been informed fulfilled by the Russian Side. This achievement of the major milestone in development of the engine is highly appreciated by the Indian Side. 2. At the same time, attention of both the Indian.& Russian Sides needs to be drawn towards resumption of all the Key ToT activities, which were linked to the assigning of initial life of 300 Hrs to the engine and expedite all possible actions for all the activities pertaining to Series Production of the engines at Koraput. 3. Key activities which needs to be resumed with immediate concern are brought out at Annexure-I. 4. In order to make up the delay met so far to the Project, it is requested to expedite the actions as requested above, in mutual interest, 5.
