In this keynote speech I would like to share my experiences of 16 years in innovation and cluster management in a public innovation agency. Based on an education in person-centered counseling I have completely changed my perspective on innovation, collaboration, change, and resistance. I have developed a person-centered way of dealing with process challenges, leading creative teams and managing collaboration in organizational and regional innovation systems and clusters.TRANSCRIPT
