One godparent must be Catholic, at least 16 years of age, registered in the parish where he lives, fully initiated (received the Sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation, and First Communion), and Catholic in good standing (e.g., married in the Catholic Church, participating in Sunday Mass). He must obtain a letter of eligibility from his current parish. One practicing non- Catholic Christian may also be admitted as a Christian Witness. These classes are cancelled until further notice. Once Mass suspensions are over, we will resume our normal Baptism preparations and scheduling. Of course in case of an emergency, call the parish office. Sacrament of Marria e Couples planning to marry should contact the Parish Office six months prior to the wedding date. Wedding times are Saturday at either 10am, 11am or 1pm. These are all ways you can assist with keeping utilities and payroll current. Every effort will be made to avoid borrowing to meet expenses. Thank you for anything you can do to assist.

Knights of Columbus - Council 367 (5201 Kennebeck Ave, Norfolk, VA 23513)

Is offering free shoppin and delivery of food items for those over 65 who are unable to shop. There is a $100 maximum, with a limit of 20 food items. All food delivered must be paid for in full, with cash or check, at time of delivery. Contact the church office at 757-583-0291 ext.10 for more information.

Drive-Thru Shrimp Dinner on Friday, June 19th from 5-6:30 pm. Menu includes: 10 Jumbo Shrimp, baked potato, cole slaw, & dessert (butter, sour cream, cocktail sauce, towelettes, eating utensils, and napkin provided). Cost is $10. Call or text PGK John Person at 757-675-2107. Orders must be received before June 17th. To pick up, drive to 1st door to pay & drive to 2nd door to receive food. Event will be cancelled if we do not receive a minimum of 60 orders. A max. of 90 orders will be taken. Treat Dad to an early Father’s Day Dinner.
