PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

Objectives

Finance is the fuel for scaling your business. Achieving the right fi nance mix for your business is critical to enabling expansion and growth.

This Programme will give you a comprehensive understanding of how to raise strategic fi nance, what the different options available are and what is the best mix for the growth of your business.

It will help you understand the demands of different investor types (private equity, VC and public market) and help you to prepare your business to deliver to those expectations.

Upon completion you will have a clear understanding of what steps you need to take to ensure that your business is ready to get the best out of any fund raising exercise – be it IPO or not – and how to successfully engage and build relationships with investors.

Justin KeatingeCo-founder, Version 1

“The IPOready programme is a brilliant support and networking opportunity for companies interested in scaling their business. Over the course of the programme I have gained knowledge on raising capital, investor relations and business management not only from leading experts but also from my fellow participants on the #IPOready experience.”

Eoin GouldingCEO, Integrity360

“IPOs are often seen as an option for the big companies - #IPOready dispelled that myth for me. The programme gave me a comprehensive understanding of all funding options and provided me with a better understanding of where an IPO can deliver for ambitious growth companies. One of the best aspects of the programme was getting the insights of founders who brought their companies to the market and getting their perspective on how it delivered and continues to deliver to their capital needs.”

Karl FlanneryCEO, Storm Technology

“Storm has benefi tted tremendously from this programme, in terms of the excellent course material, mentoring and particularly the network we have been able to connect with in the fi nancial community. We expect our participation to pay dividends as we scale the company.”
