midnight "and then takes the -ogwai' which he names %%%%%%%%%%%%%%%' to his family in the town of

,he next afternoon' illy is late for work as a %%%%%%%%%%%%%%%at the bank .s a result' he and his

 %%%%%%%%%%%%%%% arney run to work .s illy takes his place in office and hides arney under the counter' the

local realtor -rs 5eagle' who is taking people/s leases away' scolds him for bringing arney to work *hen arneyhears this' he scares -rs 5eagle' and illy is almost fired 6ater that e!ening' "and introduces illy to Gizmo

illy and Gizmo become %%%%%%%%%%%%%%%2 but when a glass of water is accidentally spilled on Gizmo' fi!e more

-ogwai emerge from Gizmo/s back' who look more %%%%%%%%%%%%%%%than Gizmo ,his exhausts Gizmo and also

makes him %%%%%%%%%%%%%%%2 but illy' excited by the chance to sell the new -ogwai' does not notice 7ne of the

new -ogwai' named 8tripe for his white %%%%%%%%%%%%%%% of hair' acts as the leader of the new pack

illy takes Gizmo to his' %%%%%%%%%%%%%%% -r 9anson' and shows him how a %%%%%%%%%%%%%%% causes a new

-ogwai to be emerge .fter illy takes Gizmo home' -r 9anson keeps the sixth -ogwai in the school science lab'

where he does more %%%%%%%%%%%%%%%on the -ogwai ack at illy/s house' the new -ogwai ha!e cut the wires on

the clock' and therefore' trick illy into %%%%%%%%%%%%%%% them after midnight ,his causes them to become

 %%%%%%%%%%%%%%% .t the school' the sixth -ogwai also eats some food -r 9anson had left' and it too becomes a %%%%%%%%%%%%%%%

6ater' the -ogwai come out from their cocoons as reptilian&like %%%%%%%%%%%%%%% with sharp teeth and

 %%%%%%%%%%%%%%%' called #Gremlins# ,he Gremlins are chaotic and destroy things for fun *hen the Gremlins

attack -rs $eltzer in her house' she %%%%%%%%%%%%%%% three of them 8he explodes one in a %%%%%%%%%%%%%%%'

grinds another in a smoothie machine' and stabs the third to death with a%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%' and the fourth is

decapitated by illy ,he sur!i!or' 8tripe' escapes to a nearby %%%%%%%%%%%%%%% and :umps into the water' generating

a multitude of Gremlins who go wild across the town' causing lots of “accidents” ,he Gremlins ha!e fun with -r

and -rs utterman' the policemen' and -rs 5eagle' who is thrown out of a %%%%%%%%%%%%%%% on a malfunctioning

stair lift illy and Gizmo sa!e illy/s %%%%%%%%%%%%%%%' Kate eringer' when the Gremlins in!ade the town/s ta!ern

,hey escape to the bank ;nside' Kate complains that /Christmas is ruined again/ (a pre!ious Christmas was ruined

when her %%%%%%%%%%%%%%% died trying to come down a %%%%%%%%%%%%%%% disguised as 8anta Claus) ,he Gremlins

 become +uiet when they go to the %%%%%%%%%%%%%%% to watch Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs illy' Kate' and

Gizmo decide to sneak in and %%%%%%%%%%%%%%% the gasworks to destroy the cinema' killing all of the Gremlins

8tripe left the cinema to look for %%%%%%%%%%%%%%% and runs into the local department store' where he confronts illy

in a greenhouse 8tripe :umps into a %%%%%%%%%%%%%%% and begins generating more Gremlins until Gizmo destroys

him by %%%%%%%%%%%%%%% him to sunlight

.s the $eltzer family reco!er from the rampage' -r *ing comes to take Gizmo back -r *ing says that the western

world is not ready for -ogwai "and %%%%%%%%%%%%%%% to -r *ing by gi!ing him a uni+ue %%%%%%%%%%%%%%%' and

-r *ing lea!es with Gizmo efore he lea!es' Gizmo says goodbye to illy and -r *ing says that someday illy

might be %%%%%%%%%%%%%%% to keep Gizmo

"and ends the film' remarking #*ell' that/s the story 8o if your air conditioner goes on the fritz or your washing

machine blows up or your !ideo recorder conks out' before you call the %%%%%%%%%%%%%%%' turn on all the lights'
