shop, Eating with the Seasons, on Tuesday, August 21st from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the Hannah Grimes Center at 25 Roxbury Street in Keene.

The presenter is Sharon Rousmaniere, a certified holistic health and nutrition counselor, will share the benefits of eating locally grown foods – both the ben-

efits to the individual and the community as a whole.“It has long been noticed that our bodies function

optimally when we eat the way our ancestors did –eating foods available seasonally,” says Rousmaniere.

T h e C o m m u n i t y Church of Harrisville and Chesham will hold a sup-per in the Fellowshihp Hall on Saturday, August 18th from 5 to 6:30 p.m.
