Did your agent give you a good Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to help narrow in on a price?
2. Proper pricing will help your home sell.Correct pricing means you will get interested buyers ready to make an offer.
A good CMA will give you an idea of what others houses are selling for in your area.
3. Was your home show ready?
Did you give your house a fresh coat of paint?
Clean carpets make buyers feel comfortable about wanting to move there.
Did you spruce up your yard to add curb appeal?
Did you make appropriate repairs?

Fresh paint, clean carpets, updated features means a buyer can move into your home and not have to worry about much.

Your home needs to be kept in tip top shape at all times while on the market.

Make sure everyone is out of the house when buyers are coming through.
