ALL parents/visitors will check in at the Campus Check-In Station located in the Performing Arts Center (PAC). This area is where items left at home will be collected. Students know to come to the PAC if they left something

at home.

Parents are not allowed to visit classrooms without prior approval.

Intradistrict Students (district residents, but not attending school of residence): Prior to March 31, 2013, you must submit a new Intradistrict Transfer Request.

Interdistrict Students (not a district resident): You do not need to reapply to continue attendance in the San Marcos School District. However, as your student transitions to middle school or high school, you must fill out an Interdistrict School Transition Form prior to March 31, 2013. Placement at your requested school will be based upon school capacity after resident students have been placed.

Approvals and denials will be granted in accordance with governing board policy (BP 5116.1, 5117.1). Currently, San Elijo Middle and San Marcos High are closed to transfer students (exceptions are made for students who are currently attending or concurrent enrollment of siblings).
