INGREDIENTS-½ kilo of flour

-40 ml of water

-2 teaspoons of salt

-15 g of yeast

-2 spoons of olive oil

PREPARATION

1. Put all the ingredients into the machine folowin this order:water,flour,salt,olive oil and yeast.

2. Select the medium sise buttonand the colour of you like:light,medium or dark.

3. Push the start button and the machine wild do you rest.

INGREDIENTS

¼ cup vegetable oil

1, ¼ cups all-purpose

1, ¼ cups butter milk

PREPARETION

1. Heat a lighty olied gridde or fring pan over medium high heat.

2. In a large bowl , combine flour , sugar , bakind poder and salt . Stir in egg , butter milk and oil until mixture is smooth.

3. Pour the batter by spoonfuls into hot pan , forming 5 inch circles . When the edges appear to harden , filp the pancakes . Cook on both sides until golden brown , and if you prefer add crean and strawberries and other things.
