AFB Bag Filter HousingThe AFB bag filter housings are available intwo size options, for bag size 1 & 2.
Manufactured in carbon steel or 316stainless steel with a design pressure of0/10 barg and an operating temperaturerange of 0/90 °C. They offer ease of use,hinged eye bolt nuts, and come completewith an internal basket support.
The housings can accommodate filter bagswith snap collar or plastic seals and haveheight adjustable legs.
There are also housings specific for thefiltration of Edible Oil, which have a highertemperature rating of 0/120 °C. This AFEhousing is available in both sizes.
AFZ Bag Filter HousingThe AFZ bag filter housings are available insize 1 & 2. They are manufactured in 316stainless steel with flanges, conform toPED 97/23/EC category II / III and canaccommodate a temperature range of10/150 °C. Design pressure is -1/10 barg.
These housings are suitable for filteringhazardous and non-hazardous liquids. Theyhave hinged eye bolts for ease of use witha strong stainless steel mesh supportbasket as standard. All housings have fullyadjustable legs.
The AFZ bag filter housing is also availablewith an ATEX certification which conformsto EXII 2G T4 as per the EC Directive94/9/EC. The ATEX Ex standard indicatesindustrial equipment, category 2 which issuitable for gases, vapours and mists witha maximum surface temperature of 135 °C.
The filter is suitable for explosiveenvironments caused by gases and miststhat occur occasionally in zone 1 asdescribed in directive 99/92/EC.
MBF Multi Bag Filter HousingHigh flows require either several single baghousings connected by a manifold or ahousing for several bags.
The amafiltergroup Multi Bag FilterHousings are a proven construction whichaccept from 3 to 14 size 2 filter bags,saving space and service time.
All MBF housings come with theperforated mesh support basket asstandard. The housings conform to PED97/23/EC standard, with a design pressureof 6 barg and design temperature of150 °C. Materials of construction arecarbon steel or stainless steel.
AFL Cartridge Filter HousingThe single cartridge filter housings areavailable in plastic or stainless steeldepending on requirement.
The plastic housing is available in 10" and20" in polypropylene or transparent SAN.The stainless steel housings are available in3 formats, and are manufactured to acceptDouble Open End XO or Single Open EndX3 style end caps.
AFM Cartridge Filter HousingThe AFM is the standard cartridge filterhousing for non-hazardous liquids. TheAFM housings are available toaccommodate 6 cartridges, in 10" to 40"length. Cartridge end cap configurationssuitable are Double Open End X0, X4 andX9 and Single Open End X3.
The AFM is manufactured from stainlesssteel with a design pressure of 0/10 bargand an operating temperature range of0/90 °C.
AFK Cartridge Filter HousingThe AFK family of industrial cartridge filterhousings can accommodate from 6 to 34cartridges, in lengths from 10" to 40". Thusfrom 6 to 136 expressed in 10" equivalents.
The AFK housings are manufactured fromstainless steel and conform to PED 97/23/ECcategory II/III/IV standard (depending onsize) and they can accommodate atemperature range from -10/150 °C. Thesehousings are suitable for filtering hazardousand non-hazardous liquids (and gases). Thecover is hinged or equipped with a Davitarm lift assembly. Design pressure is -1/10and -1/12 barg respectively.
The internal construction is designed toaccommodate both Double Open End X0,X4 and X9 and Single Open End X3.
AFH Bag Filter HousingThe AFH bag filter housing has beenspecially designed for the filtration ofwater applications. The AFH ismanufactured to PED standard andavailable in size 1 & 2, the AFH housingprovides true cost effective filtration forwater applications.
AFS Sanitary HousingThe AFS sanitary cartridge filter housingsare available to accommodate 1 to 30cartridges, for lengths from 10” to 40”.
The housings are manufactured frompolished stainless steel to meet theirdemanding requirements and can beequipped with X7, X6, X8 and X3 styleSingle Open End cartridges. Designtemperature is 0/150 °C. The housingsconform PED 97/23/EC standard.
AL Lenticular Filter HousingTo accommodate amaDepth lenticularmodules, polished stainless steel housingsare available.
The housings are available to accommodate1 to 4 modules of 12" or 16" diameter.Depending on the lenticular seal type (flatseal or double o-ring bayonet) the ALH orALS housings are used. The housingsconform PED 97/23/EC standard and adesign temperature of 0/150 °C.
Special and Custom-MadeHousingsamafiltergroup can offer various specialhousings and custom-made housings as acomplement to the standard housings range.
